欢迎使用由 艾萝工坊 开发的 ComfyCarry（以下简称“本软件”）。部署或使用本软件即表示您同意遵守本服务条款。

2. 自托管性质与用户责任

本软件运行在您自行准备并控制的容器或服务器环境中。您需自行承担以下责任：

• 妥善保管并保护您的 ComfyCarry 面板密码、API 密钥及容器访问权限。
• 谨慎配置云存储同步规则（如复制、移动或镜像同步），避免因规则配置不当导致云端或本地文件被意外覆盖或删除。
• 遵守您所连接的第三方云存储服务商（包括但不限于 Google Drive、OneDrive 等）的使用条款。

3. 免责声明

本软件按“原样 (AS IS)”免费开源提供，不附带任何明示或暗示的担保，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权的担保。

4. 责任限制

在任何情况下，本软件作者或艾萝工坊均不对因使用或无法使用本软件而导致的任何直接、间接、偶然或后果性损害（包括但不限于数据丢失或业务中断）承担赔偿责任。

5. 条款变更

我们可能会不定期更新本服务条款。更新后继续使用本软件即视为您接受修订后的条款。

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By deploying or using ComfyCarry ("the Software"), developed by 艾萝工坊, you agree to these Terms of Service. ComfyCarry is provided as a self-hosted tool for managing ComfyUI container environments and cloud storage synchronization.

2. Self-Hosted Nature & User Responsibility

ComfyCarry runs on infrastructure provisioned and controlled by you. You are solely responsible for:

• Securing access to your self-hosted ComfyCarry dashboard, API keys, and container environment.
• Configuring synchronization rules (such as copy, move, or mirror sync) carefully to avoid unintended modification or deletion of files in your connected cloud storage.
• Complying with the terms of service of any third-party cloud storage providers (including Google Drive) that you connect to your instance.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the authors, maintainers, or Erocraft be liable for any claim, damages, data loss, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software or the use or other dealings in the Software.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
